Why the Grappling Arts Association - GAA? PDF E-mail

The aim of the Grappling Arts Association is first and foremost for the growth of our sports, protection of the students, instructors and the competitors of the modern grappling sports of Submission Grappling (noGi) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi).

We represent the IBJJF in the UK - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi and No Gi.

In this site you will find support to running your club, looking after your students and hopfully growing the sport  of Grappling ... in it's many forms. There is not other body looking after Grappling as comprehensively as the GAA in the UK.

With Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission grappling being the fastest growing martial arts in the world, we as practitioners have a duty to steer it in the right direction. Below you will find the current board of directors.  If you wish to contact any of them please use the contact form.   Thanks so much.

Support the sport.
